 Timothy Hill, President & CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Hill is an accomplished leader and mentor with a portfolio of success spanning 20+ years in directing corporate growth and cultivating professional relationships. He is a highly skilled information technology and marketing specialist with extensive experience in government and private sector markets. As a corporate leader, Mr. Hill develops cohesive and high-performance IT teams who provide best value solutions for our customer. Mr. Hill holds an advanced education, ITIL foundations certification, and HDI Help Desk Manager certification. He is also an accomplished writer/trainer and has produced numerous publications and videos for Government agencies.
 Dana Feola, COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Mr. Feola has over 27 years of IT experience and 17 years of direct IT experience with FEMA including Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Program Management, and Disaster Support. While supporting DHS under contract, Mr. Feola led a team of engineers and analysts in support of DHS COOP planning and execution, NOC/SOC design, Configuration Management/Control, system design and implementation, helpdesk design and implementation, and computing facility design and implementation. Mr. Feola is well versed and well respected in the IT community not only by his peers but also by his competitors. Additional qualifications include ITIL Catalogue Development, ISO 9000 Implementation, Helpdesk Design and Implementation, Project Management, Data Center Planning and Design, Multi-Program Management.
 Kirk Johnson, Director of Applications Engineering
Mr. Johnson has 20+ years experience in the area of large-scale systems engineering. This experience spans the breadth of the entire software development life cycle from conception to closeout. As a recognized leader in his field, Mr. Johnson has two decades of leadership experience ranging from lead engineer to program manager. Mr. Johnson's passion for database modeling, design and development has allowed him to maintain a technical edge that inspires his teammates and colleagues. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in Aerospace & Ocean Engineering and an M.B.A. in Information Management and maintains certifications in ITIL, Oracle, and Java. In his role as Director for Applications Engineering, Mr. Johnson brings a focus on quality, a dedication to our clients, and corporate leadership that has allowed Pinnacle to thrive in the application development market.
 Mark DeRosa, Director of Business Intelligence
Mr. DeRosa is ITIL certified and has more than 20 years experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale complex systems. He is responsible for the growth and development of the Business Intelligence division at Pinnacle Consulting. Prior to joining Pinnacle Consulting, he held consulting positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, American Management Systems, and served in the U.S. Army. He also served on the Reader Review Board for Software Development magazine and had material published in print and online. Mr. DeRosa graduated Summa Cum Laude, as a Computer Science College Scholar, with a B.S. degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
